Dear employer

Gwede Mantashe, Minister of Mineral and Petroleum Resources, claims debating BEE equals white supremacy. 

NEASA CE, Gerhard Papenfus, fires back: “You are simply wrong, Minister”.

We don’t oppose black empowerment.  

We oppose a coercive scheme that enriches a tiny politically-connected elite through extortion — not real entrepreneurship or value creation.

The money never reaches the unemployed, township businesses, or jobless graduates. Instead, it creates a toxic culture of quick riches via compliance, not hard work.

The result — the massive unemployment crisis persists while productivity and genuine growth are punished.

Criticising failed policy isn’t supremacy, it’s necessary.

Saying this isn’t racism. It’s reality.
