NEASA will be conducting an informal workshop webinar to ensure that business owners, managers, HR and IR managers, supervisors and team leaders are sufficiently trained in the practical and legal aspects of disciplining employees, including dealing with absenteeism and desertion. 

OBJECTIVES

The objectives include providing delegates with an understanding of the following:

• Discipline short of dismissal;
• Disciplinary codes and policies;
• Absenteeism;
• Managing sick leave
• The role of traditional healers and clinics; and
• Absenteeism vs desertion.
