Dear Steel Industry employer

A week ago, we wrote to you about the SEIFSA wage agreement and the extension NEASA is opposing.

If you read that email and have not yet joined NEASA, this is directed at you.

We know what the hesitation usually looks like. You agree with the position. You think the extension is wrong. But you are waiting to see what happens, or you assume NEASA has enough members already, or you have not had time to join and do the paperwork.

Here is the reality.

NEASA’s challenge lives or dies on the membership count. Every employer who joins before 30 June is counted in the representativity argument. Every employer who does not join is not, regardless of how much they agree with us.
