Rudo Makowa was an absolute professional, she was punctual & well presented. Further she was so well prepared & knowledgeable. Even when our ex employee tried to intimidate & insult her knowledge, she held her own. We do not know the outcome of the arbitration as yet, but regardless, there was nothing more I could have desired from Rudo, she did her absolute best. I am a recent member of Neasa & this was our first case and I am thrilled with how she represented us. nIgnorance is a poor excuse, but knowing I have Neasa at my disposal gives me so much of relief & confidence when dealing with HR issues.
