National Minimum Wage Discussion On SABC Question Time

Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa announced the proposed national minimum wage last week. The R3 500 put on the table by the National Economic Development and Labour Council NEDLAC, has triggered mixed reactions. Analysts disagree on whether the amount will help address the triple challenge of poverty, inequality and unemployment.
