The National Employers’ Association of South Africa (NEASA), established in 1996 under the leadership of the current Chief Executive, Gerhard Papenfus, offers comprehensive labour law and industrial relations services to all employers, regardless of size or sector.
As a pioneering employers' association and a major player in collective bargaining, NEASA is a staunch defender of employers' rights, actively engaging in forums, including Parliament and the media.
