Who Gives The President And Cabinet Its Orders?
COVID-19
WHO GIVES THE PRESIDENT AND CABINET ITS ORDERS?
by Gerhard Papenfus
From the outset, NEASA wishes to emphasise our strongest possible opposition to all the latest Covid-19 related regulations. Through these regulations Government will attempt to serve their global masters in keeping the rapidly fading Covid-19 narrative alive.
NEASA is preparing a High Court challenge against some, if not all, of these measures.
The latest Covid-related regulations published by Government, emphasised Government’s utter incompetence, their entire ignorance of what is required of an economy to function efficiently and their inability to govern without the influence of external political and financial monopolistic forces.
Comparing the advice of the Ministerial Advisory Committee (Advisory Committee) on Covid-19 dated 8 February 2022, with the Code of Practice: Managing Exposure to SARS-CoV-2 in the Workplace, 2022 (dated 15 February 2022), Hazardous Biological Agents Regulations (dated 16 March 2022) and the Regulations relating to the Surveillance and the Control of Notifiable Medical Conditions: Amendment (dated 15 March 2022), it is clear that Cabinet has paid very little attention to the advice of the Advisory Committee, but rather followed the instructions of their global paymasters.
The Advisory Committee’s recommendations in respect of contact tracing, quarantine, testing of close contacts, temperature and symptom screening, mandatory provision of hand sanitizers, the indoor wearing of masks and the application of vaccines, are a far cry from what is contained in the regulations relating to the Surveillance and the Control of Notifiable Medical Conditions: Amendment, which will effectively, albeit unjustifiable, place South Africa in a permanent ‘state of disaster’.
Instead of following the Advisory Committee’s constrained advice to integrate Covid-19 vaccination “into primary health care services”, Government proceeded in introducing the Code of Practice: Managing Exposure to SARS-CoV-2 in the Workplace, 2022. Apart from being an impractical piece of legislation, it clearly aims to resuscitate the obviously unpopular Covid-19 mandatory vaccine drive, to such an extent that it even satisfies the globalist-inclined, freedom-indifferent monopolies, some of whom advise Government.
Without the advice from the Advisory Committee, at least to our knowledge, Government took the irrational step to declare Covid-19 a ‘Group 3 hazardous biological agent (HBA)’, which effectively requires every employer to comply with all HBA regulations. Apart from being irrational, it will be near impossible, disruptive, and extremely costly for employers, especially SMMEs, to comply.
Based on our own medical advice, NEASA has in the past been critical of the Advisory Committee’s advice. However, the President and relevant Minister have claimed throughout, that they were following their advice. It has now become clear that the political leadership only relies on the Advisory Committee’s advice when it suits them, and rather follows the advice of those who do not have the interests of South Africa at heart.
