Ensuring compliance with UIF regulations can be a complex and time-consuming process. NEASA, in partnership with a trusted specialist service provider, offers a comprehensive UIF support service to assist employers in meeting their obligations efficiently and accurately.

The services include:

• Company and employee registrations (and de-registrations)

• Correction of declaration errors and submission of accurate declarations

• Verification of UIF deductions and contributions

• Capturing contributions where SARS is the collecting agent

• Unlocking and linking UFiling profiles (for South African directors)

Please note that the Department of Employment and Labour will not accept any new business registrations or declarations for UIF purposes from 15 December 2025 to 5 January 2026 as part of its annual year-end closure.
