ROAD FREIGHT INDUSTRY ALERT 2015 NEGOTIATIONS TO COMMENCE

Dear Industry Employer

The current Main Collective Agreement of the Road Freight and Logistics Industry expires on 29 February 2016.

In terms of the negotiations protocol agreement, the 1st round of negotiations will take place during the week of 1 to 5 June 2015.

We have received a consolidated list of demands from the unions for your information – click here to view. We anticipate the first session to be for clarification, to fully understand the unions’ demands.

We will request a formal mandate from members after the clarification session in order to formulate a response.

Your participation in this is vital to ensure viable conditions of employment in the industry.
