SUBMISSION OF ANNUAL PAIA REPORTS

On 17 March 2025, the Information Regulator published a notice(‘the notice’) to all private and public bodies, inviting them to submit their annual PAIA reports in compliance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA).

A step-by-step guide on how to register and to submit your annual report is available on the eServices portal on the Regulator’s website.
