NUMSA Will Engage In Protest Action Again

NUMSA'S NEXT PROTEST ACTION – 14 OCTOBER 2015

Dear Employer
 
On 8 July 2015, NUMSA filed a notice with the National Economic Development and Labour Council (NEDLAC) of its intention to embark on a series of nationwide protest actions. 
 
NUMSA has served notice that they will engage in protest action again on 14 October 2015. This action has been approved by NEDLAC.
  
Employers may not take disciplinary action against employees for participating in this protest action but the principle of no work no pay will apply.
