NATIONAL SHUTDOWN
AN EXERCISE OF FUTILITY

Dear employer

Today is quite a remarkable day.
 
Today is the SAFTU/Cosatu-led alliance protest (or at least an attempt to protest) against the ultimate failure of their own policies; it is an admission that their socialist and race-based policies and -practices and cadre deployment (executed by the ANC) and deeply entrenched corruption, which they have tolerated by means of their preferences at the ballot box, have severely disabled South Africa.
 
By attempting to bring South Africa to a standstill, they are attempting to divert attention away from the fact that they are complicit in creating this mess. It is for them to change it, by voting into power those who put South Africa first, those who will introduce policies which will bring back proper and transparent governance which will result in economic growth.
 
Unless this happens, today will be a total waste of time, energy and resources.
