National Minimum Wage Adjustment EMPLOYER, HAVE YOUR SAY!

On 20 August 2024, the National Minimum Wage Commission (‘the Commission’) published an invitation for written representations by the public, regarding the review of the National Minimum Wage (NMW) and any possible adjustments thereto.

In this year’s invitation for comments, the Commission has included a questionnaire that affected parties must complete and which must accompany their written representations.

NEASA urges affected employers to submit comments to the Commission itself, by no later than 6 September 2024, at nmwreview@labour.gov.za, copying NEASA at luthando@neasa.co.za in its submission.
