Dear Industry employer

The Labour Court recently made a demarcation ruling which effects the scope of the MEIBC and MIBCO in respect of employers in the Motor Component Manufacturing Sector.

Employers who operate in this sector, and who are currently registered with the MEIBC, are invited to contact their regional NEASA office in order to determine under which bargaining council they should resort.
