ADMINISTRATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION AGREEMENT

Dear Steel Industry employer

The Minister of Employment and Labour has re-extended the Administration- and Dispute Levy Agreements, with effect from 17 April 2025, for a period of 12 months.

Employers should resume deducting these levies from the wages of employees and pay it over, together with an equal contribution from employers, to the MEIBC.

The applicable levies are as follows:

• Admin: R 2,21 per week per employee with an equal contribution from the employer.

• Dispute: R 0,80 per week per employee with an equal contribution from the employer.
