Dear employer
The private sector, and specifically business ‘monopolies’, are government’s right-hand men, responsible for the enforcement of government’s destructive policies, all aimed at social- and economic re-engineering.
A very recent example is government’s introduction of Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment, where ‘monopolies’ merrily played along to enforce race-based quotas as a requirement for SMMEs to conduct business with them. Of course, that is a condition for them to comply with government’s requirement in order for them to qualify for all the lucrative deals – made possible by the revenue of those excluded from these deals.
Government’s method for social re-engineering was indeed very “successful”. The ‘monopolies’ played along, large sums of money flowed and changed hands; but almost everything that functioned before, was destroyed in its wake and state finances were depleted. However, the ‘monopolies’ benefitted spectacularly.
Recently, government has once again turned to the ‘monopolies’ to assist them to fulfill their ‘vaccine’ commitment. These ‘monopolies’ are at the frontline to immediately start rolling out mandatory vaccination policies, not only in respect of their own employees, but also in respect of other businesses, mainly SMMEs.
The question is this: what causes these ‘monopolies’ to think that government, which has proven to be completely wrong in respect of everything they put their hands on, will all of a sudden get this one right?
Why do they, regardless of all the warning lights, and all the contrary evidence, accept the current popular narrative, not questioning anything they are fed?
Are they not, even for one moment, considering that the current approach is not only wrong, but entirely unjustified?
Where big business, as is the case currently in South Africa, sacrifices its critical role, and together with a corrupt government feed at the trough, the country is in a big predicament. As indeed we are.
