If your turnover is under R10 million you qualify as an Exempt Micro Enterprise. 

'QUALIFYING SMALL ENTERPRISES' AND 'GENERIC ENTERPRISES'
The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has provided a twelve month implementation period (1 March 2015 until 28 February 2016) for Qualifying Small Enterprises (turnover of ≥ R10m ≤ R50m) and Generic Enterprises (≥ R50m) for achieving specific targets.

EMPLOYMENT EQUITY
Compulsory Employment Equity submissions are due on 15 January 2016. 85 Days to go! This is an extensive exercise that needs to be commenced with immediately.
