IS YOUR BUSINESS POPIA READY?

Dear employer

The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) was enacted on 31 July 2020, and every institution and organisation in South Africa must comply with this Act and its regulations by no later than 30 June 2021, and register their Information Officer with the Information Regulator no later than 31 March 2021.

In light of the above, NEASA urges its members and all other institutions, to complete this short survey to determine to what extent employers are POPIA ready.
