EXTENSION OF MAIN AGREEMENT
NATIONAL BARGAINING COUNCIL FOR
THE ROAD FREIGHT AND LOGISTICS INDUSTRY

Dear Employer

On 17 March 2016 the Minister of Labour extended the settlement agreement reached in the National bargaining Council for the Road Freight and Logistics Industry to non-parties.

The effect of this is that all increases and conditions of employment agreed to will become effective as of 28 March 2016.

It should be noted that the Minister only extended the agreement until 30 September 2016.
