Dear employer

The 2025 EE reporting period will close on 15 January 2026.

Failure to submit your online reports will result in:

• non-compliance with the EE Act;

• non-issuance of compliance certificate;

• legal action; and

• heavy fines (eventually up to 10% of turnover).
