The SA Government, in its contract with Pfizer, indemnified Pfizer and its affiliates from nearly any possible lawsuit, claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, settlements, penalties, fines, whether in contract, or delict caused by, arising out of or resulting from the vaccines.
