JUNE APPLICATIONS TECHNICALLY OPEN

Dear employer

We have been informed that the TERS online system for June claims have reopened after being shut down due to security issues.

However, it seems that the system has crashed again this morning, presumably due to high traffic volume.

Employers are advised to continue checking if the system is back online and should rather attempt to submit claims after hours when traffic is not as high.

We will keep members abreast of any further developments.
