Of the 76% of employers who received payment,
only 76% were paid in full.

Of the 68% of employers who received payment,
only 73% were paid in full.

Of the 65% of employers who received payment,
only 69% were paid in full.

only 61% were paid in full.

In order for the survey to be complete, both employers who have received TERS monies and those who did not, must participate in the survey.
