INVALID ID REJECTIONS

Dear employer

The TERS system has rejected claims for some employees due to ID number errors.

Employers are advised to check the ID numbers and resubmit for these affected individuals. It might be easier to simply add these employees on the online portal rather than to resubmit the entire CSV file.
