NEASA ADVICE AND SUPPORT UNINTERRUPTED

Dear NEASA member

Even though our offices will be closed due to the lockdown, we would like to reassure all members that we remain available for the entire lockdown period to answer any queries as per usual. The dedicated NEASA team of legal advisors will continue to assist members with any labour related issues via telephonic advice and e-mails.

Where possible, disciplinary processes in respect of companies performing critical services, will be conducted via electronic means.

Our 24-hour national hotline (086 016 3272), will be fully functional, however, we request your indulgence during this time, as the hotline may be frequently occupied, due to the high volume of calls caused by the lockdown. All regional offices’ landline numbers have been diverted to legal advisors who stand ready to assist you.

The e-mail address, legalhotline@neasa.co.za, can also be utilised to direct any queries to our legal advisors.

NEASA will continue to support and lead our members through this difficult time and will provide relevant information throughout.
