REQUEST FOR CREDITORS LETTER

Dear Steel Industry employers

The Metal and Engineering Industries Bargaining Council has issued a circular requesting employers to issue employees, who cannot pay their creditors, with a COVID-19 lay-off letter confirming that the employee is not working due to the lockdown.

This will allow the employees to enter into arrangements with their creditors.
