Dear Gerhard

AMSA visited our company earlier this year in an effort to acquire new business/clients. We viewed this as a positive development, as this would have enabled us to circumvent the middleman.

We have, in recent times, approached AMSA on a number of occasions for pricing in order to quote for export products. These products were in relation to large projects such as … in …, as well as projects in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

We even travelled to one of our clients in Italy in an attempt to secure the work. However, our prices were far too high in comparison to the Middle-East and Europe.

To make matters worse, AMSA, yesterday, informed us of even more price increases.
