Dear employer

The newsletter circulated yesterday indicated that permission had to be obtained from the SAPS in terms of employees in critical services who are required to report for work.

It has been brought to our attention that no permission is required from any government institution but that a letter from the employer will suffice.

We have attached an amended template to be completed by employers.

We will keep employers abreast of developments.
