ENSURE YOUR CASE IS DEALT WITH PROPERLY

 
Dear NEASA member
 
It has come to our attention that attempts are made to disrupt and frustrate (sabotage) the processing of members' disputes (conciliations and arbitrations). This is obviously irresponsible and can only result in your business being prejudiced.
 
Kindly note that all conciliation or arbitration notices must be sent directly to your regional NEASA office. Should you have a pending case, kindly contact your regional NEASA office to confirm that your 'notice of set down' (of a conciliation or an arbitration) is in our possession.
 
An acknowledgement of receipt, in respect of any enquiry, will reach you within 24 hours.
