ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT RE-ENACTED
RESUME PAYMENT

 
Dear Industry Employer
 
The Administrative Collective Agreement in respect of the Bargaining Council for the Motor Industry (MIBCO) and the extension thereof to non-parties was published in the Government Gazette dated 31 July 2015.
 
The effect thereof is that as from 10 August 2015 it will be compulsory to deduct bargaining council levies from employees and for employers to contribute an equal amount. The monthly bargaining council levy payable is R 2,65.
 
As from this date employers must also deduct and pay over party union subscriptions to MIBCO utilising the returns process.
