A MUST READ (Part 7): Why the so-called "consolidated main agreement" should not be extended to non-parties - 90% of employers in the Steel Industry.
Dear Steel Industry employer
What follows is another letter by a Steel Industry employer to the Minister of Employment and Labour.
Regards
Letter by employer:
It is disingenuous of the labour minister to invite public comment on the extension of the MEIBC main agreement to SMME’s when he knows very well that 1.) the extension would be completely unconstitutional and should be rejected forthwith, without any further consideration and further waste of time and resources and 2.) it will be the end of the said SMME’s or at the very least, the loss of thousands of jobs.
And all this just following the COVID scam. How many SMME’s are left after worldwide governments’ disastrous and unscientific COVID policies?
The Marxist totalitarian South African government has been following the Agenda 2030 plan very well. They have no interest in the people of South Africa and their actions show that the destruction of SMME’s must be intentional.
We have lost patience with this totalitarian government. There is no confidence in their sincerity about jobs and SMME’s, or anything else for that matter.
