Policies & Procedures
Each employer should have general and, in some instances, specific policies and procedures in place which regulate the working environment and certain conditions of employment. These policies and procedures can range from policies regarding desertion and absenteeism in the workplace, to policies pertaining to ordinary hours of work and meal intervals.
