A sectoral determination is a declaration made by the Minister of Labour that pertains to a specific industry. This determination regulates conditions of employment. If you are unsure whether your business is subject to a sectoral determination, kindly contact us for assistance in this regard.

A bargaining council collective agreement is an agreement concluded between employers’ organisations and unions that regulate the conditions of employment in a specific industry. If you belong to a bargaining council be sure to contact us in order for us to advise you on certain conditions of employment that may be regulated by your bargaining council collective agreement.
